Therefore we are pleased to inform you that we Guarantee 90% refund of your money if the project has not being completed and if we have not buy materials for your project yet. 

Talking about how long it will take for the refund. we will say at this time that the refund depends on your location and also on the fact that we bought materials already or not. However, we put every single effort of ours to refund your money with 10% charges with no delay.
